VOTE As If Your Life Depends On It!

Yes, that is exactly what I mean. No, I’m not being the least bit dramatic. We are all humans that are part of a global community, and life experiences on the other side of this giant rock that we call earth are triggered tsunamis that in time are felt by all—ALL over the globe. WE—eligible Canadian voters—have a duty to our fellow people to continue to show them what a peaceful transfer of power looks like. WE—eligible Canadian voters—have a duty to be an example to all and show how proud we are to vote regardless of our age, gender, sexual orientation or anything else that may be deemed as a reason to stop us at the poles. WE—eligible Canadian voters—have a duty to show the world how we can truly be free to vote for whomever we want. It is our duty not only as a Canadian but as a citizen of the world to stand up for freedom, equality, and peace by doing one simple but powerful act today, and that is to go out and VOTE! Cynicism is a privilege. Let’s show the world that we can keep that in check as well for today. We can and we will hold our leaders accountable, but today it’s not about that. Today it’s about voting. Today it’s about holding back the waves of ignorance, hatred, greed, abuse, and all the ugly that hinders the beauty of living in peace. Politics is not a separate entity of this life. It is the foundation of social freedom. Let us be an exemplary example of such freedom. As members of a social community it is our duty to vote for a strong leader, but above all a humble civil servant.

Be heard. Speak through action today. Go out and VOTE!
